Kai is key!

As a chef I know that eating the right kai is the best thing for your body. I have made a weekly intention to invest one hour a week into preparing weekly meals for myself..
This week my menu is the following
- Porridge with yogurt and fresh fruit sprinkled with walnuts
- Quinoa salad with tuna
- Chicken and rice with  green /beans 
Snacks include
- Carrot sticks
- fresh fruit
- snack log

Kai is key!!!
